I didn’t bother going to the gym today, or even calling to find out if they were open. Instead, I grabbed my main exercise squeeze Tony Horton and got to work. For those of you more willing to brave the elements here’s a wonderful guide on running in inclement weather. Ugh. More power to you and your knee-length tube socks.
